A Forest Built for Generations
Our tree farm grows loblolly and longleaf pine across hundreds of acres. Loblolly reaches harvest in 15-20 years; longleaf pine takes up to 50 - a gift to generations not yet born. Pine straw provides steady revenue in the meantime.
Where the River Meets the Forest
For nearly two miles, our land borders the river - and on the other side lies Croatan National Forest, one of the largest wetland and wildlife parks in the country. This corridor is among the most ecologically rich in North Carolina.
Feeding the Community
Our agricultural land is worked by a tenant farmer growing corn and soybeans each season. A high tunnel managed by United Way of Onslow County grows fresh food for the local community - a partnership that reflects our commitment to more than just our own family.
